Article 126 of Law No. 12 of 1963 concerning the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly

The Government may, on its own initiative or on the occasion of a question addressed to it, request discussion of a particular matter relating to the State’s general policy in order to obtain the Assembly’s opinion thereon, or may Index of the Law 74 Home page Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly Law No. 12 of 1963 concerning the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly make statements concerning it.
