English translation
Questions addressed to the Prime Minister or Ministers between sessions shall be answered by them in writing to the Speaker of the Assembly, who shall communicate the replies to the members who put them. Answers to these questions shall not be subject to the time limits prescribed in the preceding articles, and shall be included on the agenda of the Assembly's first subsequent sitting.

الأسئلة التي توجه إلى رئيس مجلس الوزراء أو الوزراء فيما بين أدوار الانعقاد يبعثون
بالرد عليها كتابةً إلى رئيس المجلس فيبلغها إلى الأعضاء الذين وجهوها، ولا تتقيد
الإجابة على هذه الأسئلة بالمواعيد المقررة في المواد السابقة، وتدرج في جدول أعمال
