English translation
A financial audit bureau shall be established by law, which shall guarantee its independence. It shall be attached to the National Assembly and shall assist the Government and the National Assembly in monitoring the collection of State revenues and the disbursement of its expenditures within the limits of the budget. The bureau shall submit to both the Government and the National Assembly an annual report on its activities and observations.

ينشأ بقانون ديوان للمراقبة المالية يكفل القانون استقلاله ، ويكون ملحقا بمجلس
الأمة، ويعاون الحكومة ومجلس الأمة في رقابة تحصيل ايرادات الدولة وإنفاق
مصروفاتها في حدود الميزانية، ويقدم الديوان لكل من الحكومة ومجلس الأمة تقريرا
