English translation
The Amir shall exercise his powers through his ministers. Article 56 (1) The Amir shall appoint the Prime Minister after the customary consultations and relieve him of office, and shall also appoint ministers and relieve them of office upon the nomination of the Prime Minister. Ministers shall be appointed from among members of the National Assembly and others. The total number of ministers shall not exceed one third of the number of members of the National Assembly.
