English translation
Signed letters shall have the evidentiary value of a private instrument. Telegrams shall also have this value if their original deposited at the dispatch office is signed by the sender. A telegram shall be deemed to conform to its original until evidence to the contrary is established. If no original of the telegram exists, the telegram shall be regarded only as an indication.

تكون للرسائل الموقع عليها قيمة الورقة العرفية من حيث الاثبات، وتكون للبرقيات
هذه القيمة ايضا إذا كان أصلها المودع في مكتب التصدير موقعا من مرسلها، وتعتبر
البرقية مطابقة لأصلها حتى يقوم الدليل على عكس ذلك.
وإذا لم يوجد أصل للبرقية، فلا يعتد بالبرقية الا لمجرد الاستئناس.Ask about this article
