If the wife has a Sharia excuse for not obeying her husband in what is incumbent upon her, her maintenance shall not lapse, as where she travels for an obligatory pilgrimage without his permission, or travels for a non-obligatory purpose with his permission.

إذا كان للزوجة عذر شرعي من عدم طاعة زوجها فيما يجب عليها لم تسقط نفقتها،
