English translation
The wife is entitled to demand a dwelling appropriate to her standing according to the custom of women like her, including the facilities she needs. She may also demand a dwelling for her exclusive occupancy without sharing with anyone other than her husband, whether a co-wife or another person, consisting of a house or a room with independent facilities.
