English translation
If a quality of perfection or a quality of absence of deficiency is stipulated within the contract, whether by the man or by the woman, or the contract is concluded on that basis, and the contrary of what was stipulated becomes apparent, the party making the stipulation shall have the option of annulment.

إذا اشترط في ضمن العقد صفة كمال أو صفة عدم النقص، سواء من قبل الرجل أو
من قبل المرأة، أو وقع العقد مبنيا عليه، فتبين خلاف ما اشترط ثبت خيار الفسخ
