English translation
A directive will is constituted by the testator and the subject matter of the will. If the testator appoints a person to execute it, its parties shall be three with the addition of the person entrusted with the will, who is called the executor. If the subject matter of the will concerns another person, such as transferring ownership of property to Zayd, for example, its parties shall be four with the addition of the legatee.
