English translation
If the testator does not designate his one-third in a specific asset and does not authorize the executor to do so, his one-third shall be an undivided share in the estate and shall not be allocated to a specific asset by the executor's designation except with the heirs' consent.

إذا لم يعين الموصي ثلثه في عين مخصوصة ولم يفوض الوصي بذلك كان ثلثه مشاعاً
