English translation
The testamentary executor must meet the following requirements: First: Attainment of puberty. Second: Sanity. Third: Islam, if the testator is a Muslim. Fourth: That he be honest, trustworthy and capable of carrying out what has been entrusted to him in discharging the rights incumbent upon the testator and in matters concerning the disposition of orphans' property. Fifth: Uprightness and the ability to carry out what has been entrusted to him in discharging rights other than those incumbent upon the testator and in matters other than the disposition of orphans' property, as where he is entrusted by will to expend the testator's third on charitable works and acts of devotion.

يشترط في الوصي أمور:
الأول: البلوغ.
الثاني : العقل.
الثالث: الإسلام، إذا كان الموصي مسلما.
الرابع : أن يكون أمينا موثوقا وقادرا على تنفيذ ما عهد إليــه بـه في أداء الحقوق
الواجبة على الموصي وما يتعلق بالتصرف في مال الأيتام.
الخامس : العدالة والقدرة على تنفيذ ما عُهد إليه به في أداء غير الحقوق الواجبة على
الموصي وفي غير ما يتعلق بالتصرف في مال الأيتام، كما إذا أوصى إليه في أن يصرف
