English translation
If dishonesty appears on the part of the executor, and the testamentary appointment is conditional upon his trustworthiness, he shall cease to hold office and the judge shall appoint another executor in his place in accordance with the Jaafari school. If it is not conditional upon his trustworthiness, the judge shall appoint alongside him a trustworthy person to prevent him from acting dishonestly. If this is not possible, the judge shall remove him and appoint another.

إذا ظهرت من الوصي الخيانة فإن كانت الوصية مقيدة بأمانته انعزل ونصب القاضي
وصيا آخر مكانه وفقا للمذهب الجعفري، وإن لم تكن مقيدة بأمانته ضم إليه أمينا
