a The killing must be intentional; if it is purely accidental, it shall not preclude inheritance. The killing must be wrongful and without right; if he kills him rightfully, as in the case of a person killed in retaliation or in defense of his person, honor or property, his killing shall not constitute an impediment to inheritance.

ا أن يكون القتل عمدا ، أما إذا كان خطأ محضا فلا يمنع من الإرث.
أن يكون القتل ظلما بغير حق أما إذا قتله بحق كالمقتول قصاصا أو دفاعا عن
