English translation
If the illicit sexual intercourse was on the part of both parents, there shall be no mutual inheritance between the child and them, nor between the child and those related to them. If it was on the part of one of them but not the other, there shall be no mutual inheritance between the child and the person who committed the illicit sexual intercourse, nor between the child and those related to that person.

إن كان الزنا من الأبوين لا يكون التوارث بين الطفل وبينهما ولا بينه وبين المنتسبين
إليهما، وإن كان من أحدهما دون الآخر، لا يكون التوارث بين الطفل والزاني ولا
