English translation
There shall be no mutual inheritance between a father and his son concerning whom he engaged in mutual imprecation after denying his paternity, unless the father acknowledges him after the mutual imprecation procedure has been conducted and its conditions fulfilled, in which case the son shall inherit from the father but the father shall not inherit from the son.

لا توارث بين الأب وابنه الذي لاعن عليه بعد نفيه عنه إلا إذا أقر الأب به بعد
اجراء عملية الملاعنة واستكمال شروطها، فيرث الابن من الأب ولا يرث الأب
