English translation
If the dower is deferred for a specified period and the husband then divorces his wife before that period expires, the deferred dower shall not in this case become immediately payable by reason of divorce, and she may not demand it until the said period expires.

إذا كان المهر مؤجلاً إلى مدة معينة ثم طلق الزوج زوجته قبل انقضاء المدة فلا يصير
المهر المؤجل في هذه الحال حالاً بالطلاق، وليس لها أن تطالب به حتى تنقضي المدة
