Children's children, however far down the line, take the place of children in sharing with the parents and reducing them from the higher of their two shares to the lower, and in excluding other relatives. Their inheritance is not conditional upon the absence of the parents.

السهمين إلى أدناهما، ومنع من عداهم من الأقارب، ولا يشترط في توريثهم فقد
