English translation
If he contracts marriage with a woman, her daughter, however far down the line of descent, becomes permanently prohibited to him in marriage, provided that he consummates the marriage with her mother. If, however, he has not consummated the marriage with the mother, she is prohibited to him only by way of simultaneous marriage, meaning that she is prohibited to him so long as her mother is his wife and he has not consummated the marriage with her. If she ceases to be bound to him in marriage through death, divorce, or annulment, he may marry her daughter.

إذا عقد على امرأة حرمت عليه ابنتها وإن نزلت حرمة مؤبدة، بشرط أن يدخل
بأمها، أما إذا لم يدخل بالأم فلا تحرم عليه إلا جمعاً، بمعنى أنها تحرم عليه ما دامت
أمها زوجة له ولم يدخل بها، فإذا خرجت من حباله بموت أو طلاق أو فسخ جاز
