a - Khulʿ is a husband's divorce of his wife in return for consideration mutually agreed upon by them, using the term khulʿ, divorce, mutual release, or words of equivalent meaning. b - Only the spouses, or whomever they authorize, have the power to effect khulʿ.

أ- الخلــع هـو طلاق الزوج زوجتـه نـظـير عـوض تراضيـا عليـه ، بلفظ الخلع ، او
الطلاق ، او المبارأة ، او ما في معناها .
