The following marriages are not concluded: 1 - The marriage of a Muslim woman to a non-Muslim man. 2 - The marriage of a Muslim man to a woman who is not of the People of the Book. 3 - The marriage of a male or female apostate from Islam, even if the other party is non-Muslim.
