a - Soundness of mind and attainment of puberty are required for capacity to marry. b - The judge may authorise the marriage of an insane or mentally deficient person, whether male or female, if it is established by a medical report that marriage would aid that person's recovery, and the other party accepts that person's condition.

أ- يشترط في اهلية الزواج العقل والبلوغ.
ب - وللقاضي ان يأذن بزواج المجنون او المعتوه ، ذكرا كان او انثى إذا ثبت بتقرير
