English translation
If the guardian obstructs the girl’s marriage, she may refer the matter to the judge to order or not order the marriage; likewise if there are several guardians of the same degree and all obstruct the marriage, or they disagree.

إذا عضل الولي الفتاة، فلها ان ترفع الامر الى القاضي ليأمر او لا يأمر بالتزويج ،
