English translation
A- The dower validly specified in the contract shall be due. B- If the dower is not specified, or its specification is invalid, or it is excluded altogether, the customary dower shall be due.

أ- يجب المهر المسمى تسمية صحيحة في العقد.
ب - إذا لم يسم المهر ، او كانت التسمية غير صحيحة ، أو نفي اصلا ، وجب مهر
