a- An action asserting marriage shall not be valid if the claimant has previously done something irreconcilably contradicting it. b- A person who acknowledges that a woman is prohibited to him by reason of breastfeeding and then asserts marriage shall have his contradiction excused if he retracts his acknowledgment before the action.
