English translation
Associations, groups, or bodies whose purpose is to work to disseminate principles aimed at destroying the fundamental systems by unlawful means or forcibly revolting against the existing social or economic system in the country are prohibited. Organizers and those calling for membership in the aforementioned bodies shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years. Anyone who participates in these bodies knowing the purpose for which they work shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.

تحظر الجمعيات أو الجماعات أو الهيئات التي يكون غرضها العمل على نشر مبادئ
ترمي إلى هدم النظم الأساسية بطرق غير مشروعة أو إلى الانتقاض بالقوة على النظام
الاجتماعي أو الاقتصادي القائم في البلاد.
ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس عشرة سنة المنظمون والداعون للانضمام إلى
الهيئات المشار إليها، ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات كل من اشترك في
