English translation
Any public official, employee or worker who embezzles funds, papers, effects or other things delivered to him by reason of his position shall be punished by fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years.

يعاقب بالحبس المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن ثلاث سنوات ، كل موظف عام او
مستخدم او عامل اختلس اموالا او اوراقا او امتعة او غيرهــا مسـلـمـة اليــه بسـبب
