English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, a company that refrains from rectifying the violations contained in the Ministry's report presented to its general assembly within the time limits specified by the Ministry shall be punished by a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not more than fifty thousand dinars.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر، يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل
عن خمسة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على خمسين ألف دينار الشركة التي تمتنع عن تصحيح
المخالفات التي ترد بتقرير الوزارة الذي يعرض على جمعيتها العامة خلال المواعيد
