English translation
Every partner in general partnerships shall acquire the status of a merchant, and the partner shall be deemed to conduct commercial business under the company’s name. The company’s bankruptcy shall result in the bankruptcy of all its partners. Nevertheless, a partner’s acquisition of merchant status shall not result in his being bound by merchants’ duties unless he has other commercial business that requires this.

يكتسب كل شريك في شركات التضامن صفة التاجر، ويعتبر الشريك قائما بأعمال
التجارة تحت عنوان الشركة، ويترتب على إفلاس الشركة إفلاس كل الشركاء فيها،
