English translation
A judgment rendered by the Court of Appeal pursuant to item Fourth of Article )1( of this Law shall be final and unappealable, except in actions whose subject matter is the penalty of dismissal or removal from service.

يكــون الحكــم الصــادر مــن محكمــة الاســتئناف اســتنادا الى البند رابعــا مــن المادة من
هــذا القانــون باتــا باســتثناء الدعــاوي التــي تكــون موضوعهــا عقوبــة الفصــل او العــزل
