Article 2 of Child Rights Law

Children shall be classified according to the following categories: 1 - From birth until four years of age. 2 - Four years to seven years: he and his complaint shall be heard and the complaint verified. 3 - Seven years to fifteen years, on the basis that he is at an age at which he has an opinion, which shall be heard and taken into account if necessary. 4 - Fifteen years to eighteen years: they are permitted to work in accordance with the Labor Law, subject to conditions and controls. The child's age shall be established by a birth certificate or civil identification card.
