The Public Authority for Disability Affairs shall establish the institutes and facilities necessary to provide rehabilitation services for children with disabilities. It may license the establishment of these institutes and facilities under the conditions and arrangements specified by the Executive Regulations. The Ministry of Education may establish schools or classes to educate children with disabilities in a manner suited to their abilities and aptitudes. The Executive Regulations shall specify their admission requirements, curricula and examination systems.

تنشئ الهيئة العامة لشئون ذوي الإعاقة المعاهد والمنشآت اللازمة لتوفير خدمات
التأهيل للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة .
ويجوز لها الترخيص في إنشاء هذه المعاهد والمنشآت بالشروط والأوضاع التي
تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية ، ولوزارة التربية أن تنشئ مدارس أو فصولاً لتعليم
الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بما يتلاءم وقدراتهم واستعداداتهم ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية
