English translation
The Minister of Information shall issue a decision appointing the employees authorized to monitor the application of this Law, detect violations thereof, draw up records concerning them, and refer them to the Public Prosecution.

يصدر وزير الإعلام قراراً بتعيين الموظفين المخول لهم حق مراقبة تطبيق هذا
القانون وضبط ما يقع من مخالفات له وتحرير المحاضر عنها وإحالتها للنيابة
