1( Added pursuant to Decree-Law No. 69 of 2025 In serving documents relating to the application of the provisions of this Law and its Executive Regulations, the Authority shall follow any of the following methods of service: 1- The method of serving judicial documents through electronic service or process servers. 2- A letter with acknowledgment of receipt by post, or delivery through a person authorized by the Authority. 3- Any means consistent with the provisions of the laws in force.

تتبــع الهيئــة في شــأن إعلان الأوراق المتعلقــة بتطبيــق أحــكام هــذا القانــون ولائحتــه
التنفيذيــة أي مــن طــرق الإعلان الآتيــة:
١- طريق إعلان الأوراق القضائية بواسطة الإعلان الإلكتروني أو مندوبي الإعلان.
2- كتــاب مصحــوب بعلــم الوصــول عــن طريــق البريــد أو التســليم عــن طريــق مــن
تفوضــه الهيئــة.
