English translation
An employee may be referred for retirement provided that he would be entitled to a retirement pension if his service were to end by resignation at the time of such referral. Referral for retirement shall be by a decision of the Minister, except for holders of positions in the leadership positions group, for whom it shall be by a decision of the Civil Service Council upon the proposal of the Minister.

يجوز إحالة الموظف إلى التقاعد بشرط أن يكون مستحقا لمعاش تقاعدي فيما لو
انتهت خدمته بالاستقالة وقت هذه الإحالة . وتكون الإحالة إلى التقاعد بقرار من
الوزير فيما عدا شاغلي مجموعة الوظائف القيادية فتكون بقرار من مجلس الخدمة
