Determination of financial rights in separation on grounds of harm. Its basis. Identifying the offending spouse. Mistreatment on the husband’s part. Its implication. Requiring him to discharge all rights arising from marriage and divorce and dismissing the separation action brought by him. Mistreatment on the wife’s part. Its implication. Requiring her to return the dowry she received, with forfeiture of all her financial rights. Mutual mistreatment by the spouses. Its implication: separation without compensation or for compensation proportionate to the mistreatment.
