Judicial separation between spouses through arbitration. What justifies it: either spouse harming the other through words or deeds. The criterion of harm justifying separation is the impossibility of continued marital life between persons like them. - The judgment’s ordering judicial divorce after establishment of the impossibility of marital life. التفريق القضائي بين الزوجين عن طريق التحكيم. ما يسوغه: إضرار أحد الزوجين بالآخر قولاً أو فعلاً. معيار الضرر المسوغ للتفريق هو عدم استطاعة دوام العشرة بين أمثالهما. - قضاء الحكم بالتطليق بعد ثبوت استحالة العشرة. لا يعيبه.Original Arabic judgment citations
