Dissolution of a valid marriage after consummation. Effect thereof. The wife's entitlement to consolatory maintenance. Exception. Example. - The wife's resorting to the judge seeking judicial divorce on grounds of harm. Does not constitute evidence of her consent to the occurrence of - 427 - Personal Status divorce.
