Divorce on grounds of harm effected by the judge through a final judgment. An irrevocable divorce. Its implication: the wife may not be taken back, even during her waiting period. Its effect: she may not be obligated to enter into obedience to him. Her return to his marital bond. Its condition. Her consent to a new contract and a new dower. Articles 98/h, 110, 130/e of Law 51/1984 concerning Personal Status. The challenged judgment obligating the female appellant to enter into obedience to the divorcing husband without a new contract and a new dower. A violation of public policy requiring cassation of the judgment.
