Remuneration for breastfeeding is considered part of the minor's maintenance and becomes a debt. It is extinguished only by payment or release. - The mother's lack of entitlement to remuneration for breastfeeding during the subsistence of marriage or the waiting period following revocable or irrevocable divorce. The reason therefor: the husband is obliged to maintain her in those circumstances. The mother's breastfeeding after the marriage has ended and the waiting period has expired, or during the waiting period following death. Her entitlement to that remuneration.
