Conditions for election to membership of the board of directors of joint-stock companies. They do not include a requirement that the candidate not be a public employee. The implication thereof. Combining public employment with board membership does not result in the invalidity of that membership. Articles 139, 140, 151 of the Commercial Companies Law. - The prohibition in the Civil Service Law on combining public employment with membership of the board of directors of joint-stock companies.
