English translation of the principle
The court hearing the merits has the power to interpret the formulations and expressions of instruments and contracts and to ascertain the existence of the employment relationship. It may ascertain and understand the facts of the action and assess the evidence presented therein. It suffices that it base its ruling on reasonable grounds sufficient to support it and leading to the conclusion it reached.
