Provisions of the Civil Service Law. Their inapplicability to military personnel of the Army, Police and National Guard. - Appointment of non-Kuwaitis to Army posts. It may only be on a temporary basis and by contract. The provisions of Law 32 of 1967 concerning the Army and its amendments apply to them in matters for which there is no special provision in the contracts concluded with them.

أحكام قانون الخدمة المدنية. عدم سريانها على العسكريين من رجال الجيش والشرطة والحرس الوطني. - تعيين غير الكويتيين في وظائف الجيش. لا يكون إلا بصفة مؤقتة وبطريق التعاقد. سريان أحكام القانون ٣٢ لسنة ١٩٦٧ بشأن الجيش وتعديلاته عليهم فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص في العقود المبرمة معهم.Original Arabic judgment citations
