Assessment and equivalency of academic qualifications. Fall within the competence of a committee formed by the Civil Service Council from the Ministry of Education, Kuwait University and the Personnel Bureau. - Awarding academic degrees, diplomas and academic certificates and determining the equivalency of foreign certificates thereto. Falls within the competence of the Supreme Council for Higher Education. 8- The Advisory Committee for the Equivalency of Foreign Certificates for Physicians and Nursing Bodies:-
