The Civil Service Council is entrusted with laying down the rules and provisions for temporary appointment by contract. These rules are mandatory and bind the Government. The Faculty and Personnel Affairs Committee has the right to exercise the same powers that the Personnel Bureau is entrusted with exercising under the Civil Service Law. 10- Committee for the Examination of Constitutional Challenges:-

مجلس الخدمة المدنية هو المكلف بسن قواعد وأحكام التعيين بصفة مؤقتة بطريق التعاقد. هذه القواعد آمره تلتزم بها الحكومة. لجنة شئون هيئة التدريس والموظفين لها الحق في القيام بممارسة نفس الاختصاصات المنوط بديوان الموظفين القيام بها بمقتضى قانون الخدمة المدنية. ١٠- لجنة فحص الطعون الدستورية:-Original Arabic judgment citations
