The committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Minister of Commerce and Industry is entrusted with managing the Kuwait Stock Exchange. It may undertake all measures necessary for managing the market, including excluding the shares involved in the violation from the quorum required for convening the general assembly of the shareholding company from voting on resolutions adopted by the assembly for two electoral terms in the event of a violation of the provisions of the law. - Results of the measures taken by the market management to verify the accuracy of the information it receives. They must be presented to the Market Committee to take whatever action it deems appropriate concerning them.
