The court being satisfied as to the seriousness of the inquiries on which the search warrant was based and their sufficiency to justify its issuance, and approving the Prosecution's action in this regard: its view is not subject to review. Reason therefor. - The court's confidence in the seriousness and sufficiency of the inquiries and the existence of grounds for issuing the search warrant. Sufficient and sound grounds for rejecting the plea of invalidity of the arrest and search warrant. - The person conducting the inquiries failing to discover that the appellant maintains another residence. Does not impugn his seriousness.
