English translation of the principle

The accused's replacement of the cheques he issued with another cheque at a later time constitutes indivisible criminal activity. Its effect. The criminal action in respect of all of them is extinguished upon issuance of the final judgment. The basis therefor. - 416 - Criminal Procedures and Trials - The judgment's merely responding to the plea of res judicata on the basis that it was not established that the cheques were drawn on one day for one purpose, without stating the reasons for issuing the other cheque and whether it replaced the other cheques forming the subject of the case, although the difference in the dates on which those cheques were drawn and the motive for issuing them does not, of itself, negate that their issuance altogether resulted from a single criminal activity in respect of which the criminal action is extinguished upon issuance of a final judgment concerning any of them. Inadequacy that vitiates it and requires its cassation.
