State of Kuwait · Criminal Procedure · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office
English translation of the principle
The establishment of a special court to hear a particular type of offence, under procedures differing from those contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure and Trials. Its implication. That court has exclusive jurisdiction over the matters allocated to it without an express provision to that effect, and also has jurisdiction to try perpetrators and accomplices who are not ministers and to hear offences inseparably connected with the offences before it.
