English translation of the principle

Coercion invalidating a confession is anything that inflicts physical or psychological harm upon the person confessing - 232 - Criminal Procedures and Trials and thus affects his will and induces him to make it. - The accused’s mere assertion that his confession resulted from a psychologically compelled state resulting from carrying out the arrest and search procedures and questioning him about the charge attributed to him. Does not constitute a plea of invalidity of the confession.
