جريمة إدخال أو تداول أو بيع مطبوعات واردة من الخارج قبل إجازتها من الوزارة المختصة. لا تتطلب قصداً جنائياً خاصاً. متى يتحقق القصد الجنائي فيها. استظهاره من سلطة محكمة الموضوع. شرط ذلك. - إدارة محل لبيع أو تأجير المطبوعات:-Original Arabic judgment citations
